摘 要:传统药用植物姜黄(Curcuma longa L.)是姜科(Zingiberaceae)姜黄属(Curcuma L.)的多年生草本植物,其根茎中约含3%~6%姜黄素,是传统中药材“姜黄素”的来源植物。姜黄是一种非甾体抗炎药,具有广泛的疾病预防作用。本研究探讨姜黄素与二甲双胍联用对糖尿病合并抑郁症大鼠,糖代谢和认知障碍的改善效果,为研发糖尿病合并抑郁症治疗方案提供依据。研究表明:给药28周后,MC组糖水偏爱率(57.38±11.51)和强迫游泳绝望时间(9.03±4.20)与给药前(38.77±3.10;44.98±11.76)、DMC组(58.32±9.76;8.21±6.28)、M组(51.22±7.34;14.98±5.21)、Cu组(40.68±8.80;16.22±7.45)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与PC组(58.32±9.76;8.21±6.28)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);MC组空腹血糖(9.28±8.09)、空腹胰岛素(12.23±5.63)与给药前(21.89±4.29;21.33±5.24)、DMC组(25.28±7.90;5.34±6.45)、PC组(10.78±8.27;14.21±5.10)、M组(11.24±8.20;15.09±4.78)、Cu组(16.34±7.32;17.21±5.90)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MC组CORT(27.35±3.67)、MDA (9.71±1.55)、AGEs (272.45±9.88)、SOD (361.98±11.06)、GSH-Px (121.76±9.21)、T-AOC(12.32±2.45)与DMC组、PC组、M组、Cu组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体上,姜黄素与二甲双胍联用方案用于糖尿病合并抑郁症大鼠治疗,可有效降低其血糖、抑制氧化应激改善抑郁行为。Curcuma longa L.,a traditional medicinal plant,is a perennial herb of Curcuma L.in Zingiberaceae.Its rhizome contains about 3% ~6% curcumin.It is the source of traditional Chinese medicine "curcumin".As a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,it has a wide range of disease prevention characteristics.To explore the effects of combined use of metformin and curcumin on diabetes and depression in rats,glucose metabolism and cognitive impairment,and to provide evidence for the development of treatment programs for diabetes and depression.The research results by using SPSS statistical software for data analysis.It indicated that after 28 weeks of administration,the sugar water preference rate(57.38±11.51) and the despair time of forced swimming(9.03±4.20) in the MC group were compared with those before the administration(38.77±3.10;44.98±11.76),and the DMC group(58.32±9.76;8.21±6.28),M group(51.22±7.34;14.98±5.21),Cu group(40.68±8.80;16.22±7.45),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and PC Group(58.32±9.76;8.21±6.28) comparison,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);MC group fasting blood glucose(9.28±8.09),fasting insulin(12.23±5.63) and before administration(21.89±4.29;21.33±5.24),DMC group(25.28) ±7.90;5.34±6.45),PC group(10.78±8.27;14.21±5.10),M group(11.24±8.20;15.09±4.78),Cu group(16.34±7.32;17.21±5.90),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).MC group CORT(27.35±3.67),MDA(9.71±1.55),AGEs(272.45±9.88),SOD(361.98±11.06),GSH-Px(121.76±9.21),T-AOC(12.32±2.45) and DMC group compared with the PC group,the M group and the Cu group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination of metformin and curcumin is used in the treatment of diabetic rats with depression,which can effectively reduce blood sugar,inhibit oxidative stress and improve depression behavior.
