摘 要:文章从种质资源、田间管理、选地栽培等方面,结合国内外相关文献资料,研究丹参栽培技术。发现丹参种间和种内资源复杂,难以鉴定;根腐病、根结线虫病等病虫害严重影响丹参药材的产量和质量;分根繁殖、地膜覆盖、大垄双行种植模式等栽培方式已应用于丹参栽培;品种选育、微生物肥使用、真菌抑制等研究应用于解决品种退化、连作障碍、农药滥用等种植问题。丹参栽培技术研究的方向应为种质鉴定纯化、栽培方式研究、种植问题探讨等为丹参最佳栽培技术研究指明了方向。The cultivation techniques of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bunge are studied from the aspects of GERMPLASM resources,field management,site selection and so on.It is found that the interspecific and intraspecific resources of Salvia Miltiorrhiza are difficult to be identified,and the yield and quality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza are seriously affected by root rot and Root Knot nematode Several cultivation methods,such as root-splitting propagation,plastic film Mulching,Big Ridge and double row planting,have been used in Salvia Miltiorrhiza cultivation studies on variety breeding,microbial fertilizer application and fungal inhibition were applied to solve the problems of variety degradation,continuous cropping obstacles,pesticide abuse and so on.The research direction of cultivation technology of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bunge should be the identification and purification of germplasm,the research of cultivation mode and the discussion of planting problems.
