穴位贴敷联合索利那新治疗女性肾虚湿热型OAB的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷联合索利那新治疗女性肾虚湿热型膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年1月本院收治的88例符合纳入标准的女性肾虚湿热型OAB患者的临床资料,其中单纯应用索利那新治疗43例(药物组),采用穴位贴敷联合索利那新联合治疗45例(联合组)。分别经系统治疗4周后,比较两组间的膀胱过度活动症评分问卷表(OABSS)评分、中医症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组的OABSS评分、中医症状评分均高于药物组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合组的治疗有效率高于药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(28.89%vs.25.58%,P>0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合索利那新治疗女性肾虚湿热型OAB效果优于单纯应用索利那新,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with solinacin in the treatment of female kidney deficiency and damp heat type overactive bladder(OAB),so as to provide a new treatment for female kidney deficiency and damp heat type OAB.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 88 female OAB patients with renal deficiency dampness-heat type treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020,including 43 cases treated with solinaxin alone(drug group)and 45 cases treated with acupoint application combined with solinaxin combined treatment(combined group).After 4 weeks of systematic treatment,overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS),traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,OABSS and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of combined group were higher than those of drug group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate in combination group was higher than that in drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(28.89%vs.25.58%,P>0.05).Conclusions The effect of acupoint application combined with solinacin in the treatment of female kidney deficiency damp-heat OAB is better than that of solinacin alone,which can be popularized in clinical application.
