摘 要:目的探讨输尿管狭窄中骨形成蛋白4(Bmp4)及DNA结合抑制物2(Id2)蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月本院收治的80例泌尿外科手术患者,将其分为对照组(37例)和病例组(43例),对照组的组织取自于肾癌、肾盂癌根治术中切除的正常输尿管组织;病例组组织取自于输尿管狭窄段切除端端吻合术标本。应用Western blot检测Bmp4蛋白及Id2蛋白在输尿管狭窄组织及正常输尿管组织中的表达。结果两组的Bmp4及Id2蛋白表达率均为100%。病例组的Bmp4蛋白表达量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(0.40±0.15)vs.(0.71±0.14),t=-8.971,P<0.05]。病例组的Id2蛋白表达量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(0.39±0.15)vs.(0.80±0.17),t=-10.929,P<0.05]。Bmp4及Id2蛋白的表达量与性别、输尿管上、中、下段及吸烟均无相关性(均P>0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,输尿管狭窄组织中Bmp4蛋白与Id2蛋白表达量呈正相关(rs=0.653,P<0.05)。结论Bmp4、Id2与输尿管狭窄形成有相关性,Bmp4可通过Id2信号通路影响输尿管狭窄的形成。Objective To discuss the expression and correlation of bone morphogenic protein(Bmp4)and inhibitor of DNA binding 2(Id2)proteins in ureteral stricture.Methods The experimental specimens of this study were collected from 80 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020,and they were divided into control group(37 cases)and case group(43 cases).The control group tissues were obtained from normal ureteral tissue removed during radical nephrectomy for renal carcinoma and pelvic carcinoma.The tissue of the case group was obtained from the end-to-end anastomosis of ureteral stricture.The expression of Bmp4 and Id2 proteins were detected in ureteral stricture tissues and normal ureteral tissues by Western blot.Results The expression rates of Bmp4 and Id2 proteins were 100%in two groups.The expression of Bmp4 protein in the case group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[(0.40±0.15)vs.(0.71±0.14),t=-8.971,P<0.05].The expression of Id2 protein in the case group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant[(0.39±0.15)vs.(0.80±0.17),t=-10.929,P<0.05].The expression levels of Bmp4 and Id2 proteins were not significantly correlated with gender,ureteral location and smoking(P>0.05).The expression of Bmp4 protein was significantly positively correlated to the expression of Id2 protein in ureteral stricture tissue(rs=0.653,P<0.05).Conclusions Bmp4 and Id2 are associated with the formation of ureteral stricture.Bmp4 may influence the formation of ureteral stricture through the Id2 signaling pathway.
