摘 要:新老人是20世纪60年代出生的老年人,他们经历我国经济的腾飞、信息科技迅速发展等重大社会的转变,对于数字化有着良好的接受能力,对于现代化生活非常向往。探究新老人群体在健身方面的不同需求,包括对兴趣培养、智能穿戴产品、陪护产品,以及游戏化产品等的需求,剖析当下一些对老年人健身的偏见。并对现有的老年人室内健身产品进行分析,给出包括增强品牌化、注意安全性、全家健身以及线上处方等建议。The newly elderly are seniors who were born in the 1960s in China.They have undergone major social changes such as rapid economic development and rapid development of information technology.They are well-adapted to digitalization and welcome modern life.This article explores the different fitness needs of the new elderly people,including interest cultivation,smart wearable products,escort products,and gamification,etc.It has analyzed some current prejudices against elderly fitness.After analyzing the existing indoor fitness products for the elderly,the paper gives suggestions including enhancing branding,paying attention to safety,family fitness,and online exercise prescriptions.
