除湿解毒汤联合马齿苋外敷治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨除湿解毒汤联合马齿苋外敷治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2020年5月本院收治的154例湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各77例。对照组给予氯雷他定胶囊治疗,观察组给予除湿解毒汤联合马齿苋外敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状(红斑、丘疹、糜烂、渗液)积分、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组红斑、丘疹、糜烂、渗液症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-5水平均高于对照组,而IL-4水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论除湿解毒汤联合马齿苋外敷治疗湿热蕴肤型急性湿疹疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及血清炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chushi-Jiedu decoction combined with external application of purslane in the treatment of acute eczema with damp heat and skin retention.Methods A total of 154 patients with acute eczema with damp heat and skin retention admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group was given loratadine capsules,and the observation group was given dehumidification and Chushi-Jiedu decoction combined with external application of purslane,the clinical effects,the scores of symptoms(erythema,papules,erosion,leachate),and the levels of serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-2[IL-2],interleukin-4[IL-4],interleukin-5[IL-5])before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms scores of erythema,papules,erosion,and exudation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-5 in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,while the level of IL-4 was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chushi-Jiedu decoction combined with external application of purslane has significant curative effect in the treatment of acute eczema of damp-heat accumulation type,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factor levels of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
