摘 要:目的 探讨血磷变异程度对血液透析患者预后不良的影响,为临床改善血液透析患者预后提供参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2018年6月至2020年6月于本院进行血液透析治疗的80例患者的临床资料,统计血液透析患者中预后不良的发生情况,收集患者临床资料,检测患者血磷浓度、血磷变异程度,分析血液透析患者预后不良的影响因素。结果 80例血液透析患者中预后不良19例(23.75%),预后良好61例(76.25%);单因素及Logistic回归分析显示,血磷浓度增加、血磷变异程度高为血液透析患者预后不良的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05),其中血磷变异程度高是血液透析患者预后不良的独立危险因素。结论 血液透析患者预后不良风险较高,其中血磷变异程度可能是导致血液透析患者预后不良的影响因素,临床可根据血磷变异程度制定合理的干预措施,以改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the effect of degree of blood phosphorus variation on the poor prognosis of hemodialysis patients, and to provide reference basis for improving the prognosis of hemodialysis patients. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively, the occurrence of poor prognosis in hemodialysis patients was counted, the clinical data of patients were collected, and the blood phosphorus concentration and variation degree of blood phosphorus of patients were detected,the influencing factors of poor prognosis in hemodialysis patients were analyzed. Results Among 80 hemodialysis patients, 19 cases(23.75%) had poor prognosis and 61 cases(76.25%) had good prognosis;univariate and Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of blood phosphorus concentration and the high degree of blood phosphorus variation were the influencing factors of poor prognosis in hemodialysis patients(OR>1, P<0.05), the high degree of blood phosphorus variation was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in hemodialysis patients. Conclusion The risk of poor prognosis of hemodialysis patients is high, and the degree of blood phosphorus variation may be the influencing factor of poor prognosis of hemodialysis patients. Therefore, reasonable intervention measures can be formulated according to the degree of blood phosphorus variation to improve the prognosis of hemodialysis patients.
