摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的90例卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分为实验组(n=42)和常规组(n=48)。常规组采用开腹卵巢囊肿剔除术,实验组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术,比较两组手术指标、手术前后血清激素[雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)]水平及卵巢功能(卵泡数量和卵巢体积)。结果实验组术中出血量少于常规组,住院时间和胃肠功能恢复时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组血清E2水平均低于术前,血清LH、FSH水平均高于术前,但实验组血清E2水平高于常规组,血清LH、FSH水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组卵泡数量均少于术前,卵巢体积均小于术前,且实验组卵泡数量少于常规组,卵巢体积小于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者疗效显著,可减少术中出血量,缩短术后恢复时间,降低对患者卵巢功能的影响,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst and its effect on ovarian function.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with ovarian cyst treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into experimental group(n=42)and routine group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.The routine group was treated with open ovarian cyst excision,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision,the surgical indicators,the levels of serum hormones(estradiol[E2],luteinizing hormone[LH],follicle stimulating hormone[FSH])and ovarian function(number of follicle and ovarian volume)before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the routine group,and the hospital stay and gastrointestinal function recovery time were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05);6 months after operation,the levels of serum E2in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the levels of serum LH and FSH were higher than those before operation,but the levels of serum E2in the experimental group were higher than that in the routine group,and the levels of serum LH and FSH were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).6 months after operation,the number of follicles and the volume of ovarian in the two groups were smaller than those before operation,and the number of follicles in the experimental group was less than those in the routinel group,and the ovarian volume was smaller than that in the routinel group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative recovery time,and reduce the impact on patients’ovarian function,which is worthy of clinical application.
