摘　　要：胸部损伤患者中50%以上有肋骨骨折,肋骨骨折的手术治疗逐渐成为临床争论的热点,目前业界对于肋骨骨折的手术适应证、手术时机和手术切口的选择仍未形成规范化治疗指南。随着科技的进步,新型肋骨骨折内固定器械的出现和手术方式的改进,正逐渐改变着胸外科医师对肋骨骨折手术的认识,医师应不断学习新技术、新观点,严格掌握手术适应证,以使患者受益。本文旨在对肋骨骨折内固定术治疗的相关内容进行综述。More than 50%of patients with chest injury have rib fractures.The surgical treatment of rib fractures has gradually become the focus of clinical debate.At present,the medical community has not formed standardized treatment guidelines for the selection of surgical indications,surgical timing and surgical incision of rib fractures.With the progress of science and technology,the emergence of new internal fixation instruments for rib fracture and the improvement of surgical methods are gradually changing the understanding of thoracic surgeons on rib fracture surgery.Doctors should constantly learn new technologies and new ideas,and strictly master the surgical indications,so as to benefit patients.The purpose of this paper is to review the related contents of internal fixation of rib fracture.
