摘　　要：目的:观察槐杞黄颗粒联合糖皮质激素治疗轻中度儿童系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的轻中度系统性红斑狼疮患儿142例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组71例。对照组采用醋酸泼尼松片联合羟氯喹联合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予槐杞黄颗粒治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后生命质量评分、肝肾功能指标及免疫功能指标变化、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率为94.37%,高于对照组的78.87%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿生命质量评分均有所提高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿尿素氮、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶指标水平均有所下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的免疫功能指标改善更优(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.6%(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒联合糖皮质激素治疗轻中度儿童系统性红斑狼疮临床效果良好,可显著降低炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of mild-to-moderate systemic lupus erythematosus in children.Methods:A total of 142 children with mild-to-moderate systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled and divided into a control group(n=71)and an observation group(n=71)according to a random number table.All patients were treated with prednisone acetate tablets and hydroxychloroquine,while those in the observation group received additional Huaiqihuang Granules.The clinical efficacy,quality of life scores,liver and kidney function indexes,immune function indexes,and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.37%,higher than 78.87%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of children in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The post-treatment levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,and aspartate aminotransferase decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more manifest(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was superior in improving the immune function indexes(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.65%,lower than 18.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huaiqihuang Granules combined with glucocorticoids have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild-to-moderate systemic lupus erythematosus in children,and can significantly reduce the inflammatory response.
