网购防晒服装服饰类产品功能性质量分析

摘  要:为了调研网购防晒服装和服饰产品质量的真实状况,从电商平台上随机选购了销量较高的40件防晒服装和服饰类产品,包含16件防晒衣、9顶防晒帽和15副防晒冰袖,测试其防紫外线性、接触瞬间凉感性能、透气性和透湿性,并简要探讨产品类别、面料颜色、价格等因素对防紫外线性能等功能性的影响。结果表明:冰袖的防紫外线性能、透气性、透湿性均优于防晒衣和防晒帽,具有良好的穿着舒适性。防晒衣、防晒帽、冰袖三类产品的接触瞬间凉感性能差别不大,防晒帽的透湿性最差,防晒衣的透气性最差。深色面料的防紫外线性能比浅色好。网购防晒服装服饰产品质量差异大,价格因素与其功能性无关。In order to investigate the real quality of online sun-protective apparel products, 40 pieces of UV-protective apparel products with high sales volume were randomly selected from different e-commerce platforms, including 16 pieces of UV-protective garments, 9 pieces of UV-protective hats and 15 pairs of UV-protective ice sleeves. Ultraviolet radiation protective properties, cool feeling in contact instant, air permeability and water-vapor transmission were tested, and the effects of product category, fabric color and price on functionalities were briefly discussed. The results showed that the UV-protective properties, air permeability and water-vapor transmission of ice sleeves were better than that of UV-protective garments and hats, and they had good wearing comfort. The cool feeling in contact instant of UV-protective garments, hats and ice sleeves was similar. UV-protective hats had the worst water-vapor transmission, UV-protective garments had the worst air permeability. The UV-protective properties of dark fabrics was better than that of light fabrics. The quality of online UV-protective apparel products varied greatly, and the price had nothing to do with its functionality.
