中国有色金属产业升级效果测度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于2002—2019年我国26个省份有色金属产业数据,运用产业结构超前系数、Moore结构变化值、产业结构升级高度值构建反映产业结构升级方向、速率和程度的测算模型,并采用面板OLS方法实证分析其影响因素。结果表明:①冶炼及压延加工业产业结构超前系数值平均为1.03,高于采选业,凸显出有色金属产业总体由低附加值向高附加值方向升级的趋势。②有色金属产业结构升级速率较快的5个省份依次为新疆、山东、陕西、广西和海南。③研发投入、专利授权数、固定资产投资和从业人数是影响有色金属产业结构升级的主要因素,且存在省份异质性。Based on the industrial data of 26 provinces from 2002 to 2019,this paper used the industry structure leading coefficient,Moore structure change value and industrial structure upgrading height value to construct a calculation model which reflected the direction,rate and de-gree of industrial structure upgrading and analyzed the influencing factors with panel OLS method.The results showed that:①The leading coeffi-cient of industrial structure of smelting and rolling processing industry was 1.03 on average,which was higher than that of processing industry,which indicated that the non-ferrous metal industry was upgrading from low value-added industry to high value-added industry.②The five provinces with fast industrial structure upgrading rate of nonferrous metals was Xinjiang,Shandong,Shaanxi,Guangxi and Hainan.③R&D in-vestment,number of patents authorized,fixed asset investment and the number of employees was the main factors affecting the upgrading of the industrial structure of non-ferrous metals,and there was heterogeneity among provinces.
