加强消防法制建设 构建依法治火体系的思考

摘　　要：消防法制建设是增强消防工作规范性的关键,有利于在相关法律法规的引导下优化依法治火体系,实现对火灾隐患的全面排查,满足社会生产生活需求。消防法制建设也是依法治国战略实施中的关键内容,顺应当前消防工作的发展趋势,促进社会经济的稳定发展。然而,在实践工作中也面临着一定的挑战,导致依法治火体系建设的阻力增大。文章将对消防法制建设的特点进行分析,明确加强消防法制建设构建依法治火体系的重要性,提出消防法制建设和依法治火体系构建中的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,为实践工作提供参考。The Construction of Legal System in Fire Departments is the key point to routinize fire prevention work and upgrade the law-based fire prevention system under the guidance of rules and regulations,which is also benefit to promote the overall speculation and meet the requirements of social production and daily life.Besides,it is an essential part in implementing the Rule of Law Initiative,as a way to facilitate the stable development of both economy and fire protection undertakings.However,there are many challenges in the practical implementation of law-based fire prevention system.This paper,in terms of the features of legal system building,stresses the importance of improving legal system in Fire Departments and developing a law-based prevention systems,thus points out some problems in this process and gives solutions for references in the end.
