摘 要:过滤器具备自清洁、重复利用、长寿命等特性是未来绿色发展的要求。采用改性纳米SiO_(2)粉末和聚二甲基硅氧烷组成的悬浮涂液一步喷涂制备仿生自清洁涂层,该涂层对多种基体和复杂液体环境具有普适应。通过调节悬浮涂液中改性纳米SiO_(2)粉末的质量分数来控制涂层的润湿性能,当改性纳米SiO_(2)粉末质量分数为30%时制备的涂层具有超疏水特性。所制备的仿生涂层具有出色的耐酸碱溶液性能、机械耐久性能和自清洁性能,特别是其高效的油水分离性能有望用于高品质油水分离过滤器的设计,进而提高流体动力系统中液体的洁净度,延长流体元件寿命。Filters have the characteristics of self-cleaning,reuse,and long service life,which are the requirements of green development.A versatile strategy was proposed to fabricate bionic self-cleaning coating by one-step spraying the suspension of modified SiO_(2)/polydimethylsiloxane,which is universally applicable to various substrates and complex liquid environment.The wettability can be adjusted by changing the mass ratio of modified SiO_(2) nanoparticles in the suspension.Superhydrophobic properties of prepared coating is achieved when the mass fraction of modified SiO_(2) nanoparticles is 30%.The bionic coating has excellent resistance to acid and alkali solutions,mechanical durability,and self-cleaning performance.Especially the high-efficiency oil/water separation of the bionic coating is expected to be used in the design of filters,which can improve the cleanliness of liquid in a fluid power system.
