摘 要:地层动态测试器逐渐成为石油勘探与开发领域中不可或缺的重要设备。其中,液压系统工作稳定性易受到井下极端环境影响,因此迫切需要通过仿真手段预先判断其潜在缺陷并加以优化。首先介绍地层动态测试器液压系统组成,分析其工作原理及系统特性;其次应用Automation Studio软件搭建仿真模型,设置各元件的结构参数和工作参数;接着对八种工作状态进行仿真,获取液压泵出口压力、执行元件行程等关键参数,对系统潜在缺陷进行分析,提出相应的优化设计方案。The formation dynamic tester gradually becomes an indispensable equipment in the field of petroleum exploration and development.The operation stability of hydraulic system can be easily destroyed by the harsh downhole environment.Therefore,it is urgent to discover its potential defects through simulation and provide corresponding optimization methods.Firstly,the hydraulic system composition of formation dynamic tester is introduced,as well as its working principle and dynamic characteristics.Secondly,the simulation model is established in Automation Studio,and the parameters are set up according to the realistic situations.Then totally eight kinds of working states are considered to obtain several important parameters,such as output pressure of pump,actuators displacement.Based on these results,the potential defects are analyzed and corresponding optimization design scheme is proposed.
