摘　　要：本文基于国际权威的经济与创新评测报告,辅以科学计量学和专利分析,结合多方面的资料和信息,试图多角度全方位地分析和评估荷兰的科技创新实力及创新绩效,从而完整勾勒出荷兰的科技创新现状。随后总结了荷兰科技创新的特点,最后提出了对我国科技创新发展的启示和借鉴。This paper aims to comprehensively review and analyze the strength and performance of Netherlands’science,technology and innovation(STI)from multiple angles,based on the international authoritative economic and innovation evaluation reports,scientometrics and patent analysis,combined with various data and information,so as to completely outline the overview and status quo of Dutch STI.Then the paper summarizes the characteristics of Dutch STI,and finally puts forward enlightenments and reference for China.
