摘　　要：我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的患病率、病死率高,经济负担重,已成为重大的公共卫生问题。早期筛查出COPD的高危人群和规范化管理COPD人群至关重要。初级保健机构或基层医院的医务人员能更广泛的接触到COPD的高危人群,所以应该在COPD的早期筛查中发挥重要作用。同时,患者积极参与社区COPD的长期管理计划可减少急性发作,及时控制症状,延缓疾病进展,提高生活质量。COPD的社区筛查和规范化管理对COPD的有效防控至关重要。本文将结合国内相关文献,对COPD社区筛查及管理现状展开论述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory system disease with higher incidence and is characterized by continuous flow restraints,with the progress of the disease,it can cause serious damage to lung function of patients,which is refractory.After the patient's vital capacity reduces,pulmonary dysfunction may occur,leading to serious diseases such as respiratory failure,which seriously affect the patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.Early screening and symptomatic treatment of COPD patients can improve their prognosis.At present,the people's health consciousness is gradually strengthened,and the society and medical institution workers pay increasing attention to COPD.However,there are still certain deficiencies in the management of such disease by primary medical institutions in the community,such as inadequate health education,low early screening rate,lack of diagnosis and treatment related equipment,and incomplete management system.In order to improve the quality of community screening and management,this article elaborates the current status of COPD in the community,and discusses the existing management problems and corresponding solutions,with the expectations to provide a strong reference for community screening of COPD and improving the quality of management.
