摘　　要：目的:观察断指再植治疗手指末节完全离断伤的效果及再植成活率。方法:本研究纳入2018年6月-2019年6月济南市人民医院收治的手指末节完全离断伤患者24例,以数字随机法对纳入的患者分为两组,各12例。对照组患者实施常规手术方式,观察组实施末节断指再植手术。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的指甲长度、两点间辨别感觉、远端指间关节活动度以及主动活动总程度评分优于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的住院时间、舒适度评分优于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的血管危象发生率\术后并发症发生率低于对照组,以上指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将末节断指再植手术运用于手指末节完全离断伤患者的临床治疗中,能有效提高其断指再植的成活率,且安全性优,可以减少患者住院时间,为其节约经济费用。Objective:To observe the effect and survival rate of replantation of severed finger in the treatment of completely amputation injury of finger distal segments.Methods:A total of 24 patients with completely amputation injury of finger distal segments admitted to Jinan City People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were included in this study and were divided into two groups according to random number method,with 12 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgical treatment and the observation group received the replantation of severed finger distal segments.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;after treatment,the nail length,sense of discrimination between two points,the range of motion of distal interphalangeal joint and the total score of active activity in the observation group were better than those in the control group;after treatment,the hospitalization time and comfort score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidences of vascular crisis and postoperative complications in the observation group were slower than those in the control group.The differences of the above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of severed finger distal segment replantation in the clinical treatment of patients with complete amputation injury of finger distal segments can effectively increase the survival rate of severed finger replantation,with excellent safety,shorten the length of hospital stay,and save economic costs.
