支气管灌洗术治疗老年重症肺部感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析支气管灌洗术治疗老年重症肺部感染患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月临沭县人民医院呼吸内科收治的90例老年重症肺炎患者作为本次研究对象,随机数表法将其分成两组,各45例。对照组采用常规基础治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗基础上开展支气管灌洗术。对比两组患者的治疗疗效和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组发生气胸、心律失常及大咯血的总发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管灌洗术治疗老年重症肺部感染患者的临床效果显著,且能显著降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bronchial lavage in treatment of elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Linshu County People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment,and the observation group underwent bronchial lavage on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pneumothorax,arrhythmia and massive hemoptysis in control group was higher than that in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchial lavage has significant clinical effect on elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection,and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
