摘 要:为探究人体在显汗状态下穿着服装的热湿舒适性,客观评价含水率对羊毛织物热湿舒适性能的影响,选取拉伸细化羊毛机织物为原料,采用去离子水浸泡后烘干的方法,分别对不同含水率织物的微观结构、热阻、表面温度、接触冷暖感、浸润性能、导湿性能等进行测试与分析。研究结果表明:拉伸细化羊毛织物含水率小于40%时,织物浸润性能较干燥状态时略有改善,但织物仍然呈现疏水性;含水率达到50%左右时,有明显的接触凉感,热传递性能较好,导湿性能达到最好;含水率大于50%时,接触角逐渐减小,织物呈亲水性,吸湿效果良好、干燥速率较快,湿传递性能增强;随着含水率增大,织物热阻逐渐减小、表面温度下降、传热性能增强。In order to explore the thermal and wet comfort of clothing under the condition of human body sweating and objectively evaluate the influence of moisture content on the thermal and wet comfort of wool fabric,the stretched fine wool woven fabric was selected as raw material to drying after soaking in deionized water.Then the microstructures,thermal insulation,surface temperature,cold and warm contact sensation,wetted properties and moisture conductivity of fabrics with different moisture content were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the moisture content of stretched wool fabric is less than 40%,the wettability of the fabric is slightly improved compared with that in dry state,but the fabric is still hydrophobic.When the moisture content reaches about 50%,it has obvious contact feeling,good heat transfer performance and the best moisture conductivity.When the moisture content is more than 50%,the contact angle decreases gradually,the fabric is hydrophilic,the moisture absorption effect is good,the drying rate is fast,and the moisture transfer performance is enhanced.With the increase of moisture content,the thermal insulation of the fabric decreases gradually,the surface temperature decreases,and the heat transfer performance increases.
