摘　　要：为使印花羊绒围巾呈现较好的外观效果,对印花羊绒围巾工艺进行设计,以细度为14μm、长度为36 mm的100%山羊绒为原料,纺制为12.5 tex×2精纺纱,选择织物边组织为平纹,地组织为1/3下纬破斜纹组织,织造得到印花羊绒围巾成品的尺寸规格为120 cm×120 cm,质量为125 g/条。本文结合企业生产设计了产品工艺流程及纺纱、织造、后整理工艺参数,采用数码喷墨印花工艺进一步提高了产品附加值。In order to improve the appearance effect of the printed cashmere scarf,the printing cashmere scarf technology was designed.The 100%cashmere fibers with the fineness of 14μm and the length of 36mm were selected as raw material.The 7.2 tex×2 fine spun yarns were spun and used.The fabrics were woven by use of plain as edge structure and 1/3 broken twill as ground structure.The size of the finished product iS120 cm×120 cm,125 grams per piece.Considering the production of the enterprise,Product process and spinning,weaving,finishing process parameters are designed,and the digital inkjet printing is applied to further improve the additional value of product.
