摘　　要：为制备一类可用于羊毛的光致变色染料,文章以2,3,3—三甲基—3H—吲哚为原料通过3步反应合成了一种季铵盐型螺吡喃类染料(SPTEA),并通过质谱对其结构进行了表征。为研究该染料的性能,考察了该染料在溶剂中的变色性能,并研究了溶剂的极性以及溶液pH值对其性能的影响。研究发现:SPTEA在多种溶剂中均具有良好的溶解度,且在不同溶剂中均具有较好的变色效果。溶液的光致变色速度随着溶剂极性的增加而减慢,其消色过程符合一级动力学方程。同时,溶液极性对其最大吸收峰的位置也产生影响,当溶液极性增加时,SPTEA最大吸收波长蓝移,反之则红移。溶液pH值对变色性能也具有一定的影响,在酸性环境下,SPTEA溶液呈黄色且失去变色能力,而调节溶液至弱碱性,染料溶液呈蓝色,光致变色性能恢复。同时该染料具有较好的耐光疲劳性,经过50次紫外-可见光循环后吸光度下降至原来的35.2%。通过浸染可赋予染色羊毛织物良好的光致变色性能,变色等级为1~2级,耐皂洗色牢度沾色等级为4~5级。SPTEA有望成为一类适用于天然蛋白质纤维的光致变色染料。In order to prepare a kind of photochromic dyes for wool fabric,a spiropyran dye with quaternary ammonium salt(SPTEA)as a water-soluble group was synthesized using 2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole as starting material by a three-step reaction,the chemical structure of which was characterized by mass spectrometry.To study the photochromic properties of the dye,the effects of solvent polarity and solution pH were evaluated.It is found that it has good solubility and excellent photochromic effect in a variety of solvents.The photochromic rate of the solution decreases with the increase of solvent polarity,and the achromatic process fits well with the first-order kinetic model.The polarity of the solution also affects the position of its maximum absorption peak.When the polarity of the solution increases,a blue shift occurs;otherwise,a redshift occurs.The pH of the solution also has a certain influence on the photochromic performance.In the acidic solution,the color turns from colorless to yellow and loses its photochromic ability.Upon adjusting the solution to weak basic,the color of the dye solution turns blue,and the photochromic performance is restored.Meanwhile,the dye has good light fatigue resistance,and the absorbance decreases to 35.2%after 50 UV-Vis cycles.The coloration of wool fabric is realized by exhaust dyeing,which endows it with good photochromic properties.The photochromic grade iS1-2,and the washing colorfastness of cloth staining grade iS4-5.The above research shows that SPTEA is expected to be the photochromic dye suitable for natural protein fibers.
