摘　　要：为了减少一次性医用防护服对资源的浪费,提高对国家公共安全的长效保护,同时兼顾成本和使用舒适性,需要开发一种新型的低成本高透湿量的可重复用医用防护服。文章从面料选择、面料后整理到防护服裁剪、缝合与压胶等方面进行了针对性研究,形成了一套独特的高透湿可重复用防护服生产工艺,最终生产出了符合GB 19082—2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》的可重复用医用防护服,其透湿量远高于标准指标,且经过10次洗涤后,防护服的强力、防水性等均满足该标准要求。In order to reduce the waste of disposable medical protective clothing and improve the long-term protection of national public security,it was necessary to develop a new low-cost reusable medical protective clothing with high moisture permeability to balance the cost and comfort.Targeted research was carried out on fabric selection,fabric finishing,protective clothing cutting,stitching and adhesive pressing,and a set of unique high moisture permeability reusable protective clothing production process was developed.Finally,the reusable medical protective clothing which meet standard (GB19082-2009)was produced.The moisture permeability of the reusable medical protective clothing is much higher than the demand of the standard GB19082-2009.In addition,after 10 times washing,the strength and waterproof qualities of the reusable medical protective clothing still meet the demand of standard.
