摘  要:为了开发具有良好热湿舒适性的针织保暖袜,基于羊毛和Lyocell纤维,设计了3种不同正反材质的双层纬平针织物。采用川端手感评价系统(KES)评测并分析了厚度、透气性、接触冷暖感、表面摩擦等性能;根据水滴实验下各试样的升温曲线特征以及水分传递过程,探究影响织物湿态导热性能的相关因素。结果表明:相比于纯羊毛、纯Lyocell双层织物,羊毛/Lyocell双层纬平针织物在正面拥有良好的保暖性能,反面拥有良好的服用舒适性;羊毛/Lyocell双层纬平针织物具有单向导湿性,上下两层形成一个导湿梯度,使其具有良好的热湿舒适性。In order to develop knitted thermal socks with good thermal and wet comfort,three kinds of double-layer jersey knitted fabrics were designed based on Lyocell and wool fibers.The fabric density,thickness,air permeability,contact instant cold and warm feeling,surface friction and other properties were tested and analyzed by KES.According to the characteristics of the temperature rising curve and the water transfer process of each sample under the water drop experiment,the factors affecting the thermal conductivity of the fabric in wet state were analyzed.The results show that wool/Lyocell double-layer jersey knitted fabric offers excellent warmth on the front and comfort on the back compared with the pure wool and Lyocell fabrics.The water drop experiment show that wool/Lyocell double-layer jersey knitted fabric has a single wetting guide,creating a gradient of moisture conductivity between the upper and lower layers for excellent thermal and wetting comfort.
