摘 要:以廉价的工业颗粒白土为主要原料,采用水热合成法原位晶化合成了NaY分子筛,并制备了Y分子筛脱烯烃催化剂;采用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、Py-FTIR、NH_(3)-TPD等方法对Y分子筛催化剂进行了表征,考察了Y分子筛催化剂对C^(+)_(8)芳烃中微量烯烃的脱除性能。实验结果表明,以在导向剂母液各组分配比为n(Na_(2)O)∶n(Al_(2)O_(3))∶n(SiO_(2))∶n(H_(2)O)=16∶1∶15∶320、导向剂添加量为14%(w)、晶化温度100℃、晶化时间24 h的条件下合成的NaY分子筛制备的Y分子筛催化剂具有良好的物理化学性质和脱烯烃性能,在反应温度170℃、液态空速10 h^(-1)、压力1.0 MPa、反应时间2 h的条件下,烯烃脱除率达到94.18%,芳烃及邻、对、间二甲苯损失率均低于1%。Using cheap industrial granular clay as the main raw material,NaY zeolite was synthesized by in-situ crystallization of activated clay under hydrothermal conditions.Y zeolite de-olefin catalyst was prepared in further,and characterized by XRD,N_(2) adsorptiondesorption,Py-FTIR and NH3-TPD.The removal performance of Y zeolite catalyst to trace olefin in C^(+)_(8) aromatics was investigated.The results show that the Y zeolite catalyst prepared by NaY zeolite synthesized under the conditions of n(Na_(2)O)∶n(Al_(2)O_(3))∶n(SiO_(2))∶n(H_(2)O)16∶1∶15∶320,guiding agent amount 14%(w),crystallization temperature 100℃and crystallization time 24 h,has good physical and chemical properties and olefin removal capability.Under the reaction conditions of temperature 170℃,LHSV 10 h^(-1),pressure 1.0 MPa and time 2 h,the removal rate of olefin is 94.18%,the loss rate of aromatics and o-,m-,p-xylene is less than 1%.
