摘 要:采用基于溶液结晶法得到的全新球形丙烯聚合BHC催化剂,通过间歇本体聚合法制备了丙烯聚合物,利用粒径分布测试、显微镜观察、聚合物等规指数测定及熔体流动速率测定等方法考察了BHC催化剂的性能,并与参比催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,通过调整工艺配方,可灵活制备粒径范围为3~80μm的球形BHC催化剂。BHC催化剂粒子呈球形,粒子强度高、不易破碎,细粉含量低,所得聚合物粉料中几乎没有细粉。BHC催化剂具有活性高、活性衰减慢、氢调敏感性好等特点,在多釜串联的工业聚合装置上具有广泛的应用前景。A novel spherical BHC catalyst based on solution crystallization method was developed to prepare polypropylene by batch bulk polymerization.The properties of BHC catalyst were investigated by particle size distribution measurement,microscope observation,isotactic index and melt flow rate measurement of polymers and were compared with the reference catalyst.The experimental results show that spherical BHC catalysts with particle size ranging from 3 to 80μm can be prepared flexibly by adjusting the process formula.BHC catalyst particles are spherical with high particle strength,low content of fine powder and almost no fine powder in the obtained polypropylene.BHC catalyst has the characteristics of high activity,slow activity decay and high hydrogen response,and has a wide application prospect in industrial polymerization units with multiple reactors in series.
