基于问卷的云南省栽培魔芋种质资源多样性调查及分析

摘　　要：为探索云南省魔芋栽培现状,为魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)、生物碱等相关产品的开发提供背景支持,通过设计问卷调查云南省魔芋栽培现状.结果发现,除富源、昭通等区域栽培魔芋种植有一定规模外,云南省其他地区栽培魔芋主要为散种模式,规模较小;种植地主要为林下或与玉米等其他作物套种;42%的受访者自家魔芋种植品种属花魔芋,约20%的受访者自家魔芋种植品种为白魔芋;44.21%的种植户使用自留种芋种植,36.44%的种植户选择市场购买种芋,种植过程中约50%种植户选择施用农家肥;在种植过程中魔芋软腐病染病率高达26.72%,枯叶病次之,白绢病发病率相对较低.目前云南省魔芋种植初见规模,但尚未形成成熟的大规模魔芋产业,通过调查以期为云南省魔芋产业的规划及魔芋产品的开发提供思路.A questionnaire was designed to explore the cultivation status of Konjac and provide background support for the development of KGM,alkaloids and other related products in Yunnan.The results showed that the Konjac were cultivated scatteredly under the grove or grown with the corn except in Zhaotong and Fuyuan in Yunnan;that 42% cultivated variety are Amorphophallus konjac K.Koch,about 20% Amorphophallus albus P.Y.Liu & J.F.Chen;that 44.21% of the farmers plant with self-contained seed,and 36.44% farmer choose to buy Konjac seed in the market;that 50% farmers choose farmyard manure to grow Konjac;and that the soft rot infection rate of Konjac was as high as 26.72% with dry leaf disease next.At present,Konjac planting in Yunnan has begun with small scale and the investigation may provide ideas for the planning of Konjac industry and the development of Konjac products in Yunnan.
