枕间道砟对道床纵横向阻力影响试验研究

摘  要:道床纵横向阻力是保持列车平稳安全运行重要因素,枕间道砟是其重要组成部分,但高速铁路为防治飞砟采取降低枕间道床饱满度措施,导致道床纵横向阻力降低。为探究枕间道砟饱满度对高速铁路有砟道床纵横向阻力贡献、分担、影响规律,进行一系列纵横向阻力试验。试验结果表明,枕间道床饱满度对纵横向阻力具有一定影响,尤其对纵向阻力影响显著。枕间提供横向阻力的10%~15%,纵向阻力65%~75%。随着饱满度降低,道床纵横向阻力均降低,如高差为5 cm时,相比枕间饱满情况,纵横向阻力分别减少了25.6%和7.0%。高速铁路有砟道床枕间降低后宜采取加强措施,可参考本文提出的相应方案。The longitudinal and lateral resistance of ballast bed is an important factor to keep the smooth and safe operation of the train and crib ballast plays an important part.However,the measures taken by high speed railway to reduce crib ballast to control ballast flight lead to the reduction of longitudinal and lateral resistance of the ballast bed accordingly.In order to investigate quantitive influence and contribution of the resistance to ballasted track with different crib level,in the paper,a series of resistance tests were carried out.The results show that the level of crib ballast has a certain influence on the longitudinal and lateral resistance,especially on the longitudinal resistance.The 10%~15%of the lateral resistance and 65%~75%of the longitudinal resistance are provided by crib.With the decrease of the crib level,both lateral and longitudinal resistance is reduced.For example,there is 25.6%and 7.0%decrease in longitudinal and lateral resistance respectively with 5cm reduction of crib ballast.Strengthening measures should be taken to deal with the reduction of crib ballast.Corresponding plan proposed in this paper can be referred to.
