摘  要:作为变压器重要的非电量保护装置,瓦斯继电器由于能够直接、全面反映被保护设备的运行状态且灵敏度较高,长期以来一直配合差动保护作变压器主保护使用。近年来,装设有瓦斯继电器的变压器、有载分接开关因内部故障发生燃爆事故时有发生,其保护可靠性受到质疑。基于此,本文建立了瓦斯继电器的动力学模型,针对挡板暂态运动过程进行受力分析,利用Fluent仿真平台开展不同故障条件下挡板运动特性数值仿真。结果表明:瓦斯继电器的挡板-浮子-弹簧式机械结构存在动作惯性,即继电器入口流速需持续大于门槛流速方能推动挡板转动至动作角度。挡板运动延迟是此类机械式瓦斯继电器应对内部电弧故障动作速度慢的本质原因。As an important non-electrical protection device of transformer,gas relay has been used as transformer main protection with differential protection for a long time because it can directly and comprehensively reflect the operation state of protected equipment and has high sensitivity.In recent years,the transformer and on-load tap switch equipped with gas relays have suffered from explosion accidents due to internal faults,and their protection reliability has been questioned.Based on this,the dynamic model of gas relay was established in this paper.The Force analysis was carried out for the transient movement process of the baffle.The Fluent simulation platform was used to carry out numerical simulations of baffle movement characteristics under different fault conditions.The results show that the baffle-float-spring mechanical structure of gas relay has inertia,that is,the inlet flow rate of relay should be higher than the threshold flow rate continuously in order to push the baffle to the action angle.Baffle motion delay is the essential reason of slow action speed of this kind of mechanical gas relay to deal with internal arcing fault.
