摘　　要：目的探究胸部微创手术患者选用新式两用钳打结法的可行性。方法随机选取2021年4月—2022年1月该院60例胸部微创手术患者,按照入院序号分为观察组(n=30,应用新式两用钳打结法)和对照组(n=30,应用传统打结器打结法)。对比两组打结时间。结果观察组打结时间(20.24±4.21)s,对照组打结时间(50.35±7.64)s,两组数值比较,差异有统计学意义(t=18.906,P<0.01)。结论将新式两用钳打结法应用于胸部微创手术患者治疗中,缩减手术时间,提高手术效率,优化手术质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the feasibility of using new dual-purpose forceps to tie knots in patients with minimally invasive chest surgery.Methods From April 2021 to January 2022,60 patients with minimally invasive chest surgery in the hospital were randomly selected,and divided them into observation group(n=30,using new dual-purpose forceps to tie the knot)and control group(n=30,using traditional knotting device to tie)according to the admission number.Compared the knotting time between the two groups.Results The knotting time of the observation group was(20.24±4.21)s,and the knotting time of the control group was(50.35±7.64)s,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=18.906,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of the new dual-purpose forceps knotting method in the treatment of patients with minimally invasive chest surgery can reduce the operation time,improve the efficiency of the operation,and optimize the quality of the operation.It is worthy of promotion.
