摘  要:目的 探讨>65岁骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者给予唑来膦酸联合椎体成形术治疗对椎体高度及脊椎功能的影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年12月在该院治疗的>65岁骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组给予椎体成形术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组患者椎体高度、脊椎功能。结果 两组椎体高度经治疗后较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组患者经治疗后6、12、24个月分别为(24.06±2.71)、(23.78±2.28)、(23.38±2.15)cm,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.937、7.422、8.280,P<0.05);两组治疗6、12、24个月后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组评分分别为(19.64±1.92)分、(21.74±2.25)分、(24.89±2.47)分,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.633、17.343、11.451,P<0.05)。结论 >65岁骨质疏松性腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者给予唑来膦酸联合椎体成形术治疗,可改善椎体高度及脊椎功能。Objective To investigate the effect of zoledronic acid combined with vertebroplasty on the height of the vertebral body and spinal function in patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures >65 years old. Methods 120 patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures >65 years old who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases), the control group was treated with vertebroplasty, and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of the control group, the vertebral body height and spinal function of the two groups were compared. Results The heights of vertebral bodies in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the patients in the observation group were(24.06±2.71)cm,(23.78±2.28)cm,(23.38±2.15) cm after 6, 12, and 24 months of treatment, which were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.937, 7.422, 8.280, P<0.05). After 6, 12, and 24 months of treatment, the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the observation group were(19.64±1.92)points,(21.74±2.25)points, and(24.89±2.47)points, which were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=18.633,17.343, 11.451, P<0.05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with vertebroplasty can improve vertebral height and vertebral function in patients>65 years old with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures.
