摘 要:为提升农村饮水安全保障水平,近20年来我国政府投入了大量财力物力进行农村供水工程建设,取得了很大的成就。由于农村供水工程点多面广量大,多位于偏远地区,管理难度大,工程运行可持续性成为今后农村供水关注的重点。文章提出涉及工程正常运行程度和可持续保障程度的农村供水工程可持续性评价指标体系,以期为农村供水工程运行管理单位、行业监管单位提供决策支持。In recent two decades, many drinking water supply projects invested by central and local governments have been constructed to improve rural drinking water safety, and has made great achievements. As the rural water supply projects are in large quantities distributed in many localities, and are mostly located in remote areas, it is difficult to manage them. In order to ensure that the projects continue to produce benefits, the sustainability of projects become the focus of attention. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system for sustainability of rural drinking water supply projects with the normal operation degree and sustainable guarantee degree, in order to support decision-making of the operation management units and supervision units of rural water supply projects.
