摘 要:以云母粉、NaHCO_(3)为填料,聚乙二醇为黏结剂,聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)纤维为增强材料,利用热压注法制备了水溶性型芯,研究了PVA纤维含量对水溶性型芯性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVA纤维含量的增加,水溶性型芯的抗弯强度和水溶速率都呈先增大后减小的趋势;当PVA纤维质量分数为1.0%时,型芯的抗弯强度最高,为17.01 MPa;当PVA纤维质量分数为0.5%时,型芯的水溶速率最大,为1.52×10^(-3) g/s。同时,随着纤维含量的增加,型芯的抗吸湿性提高。此外,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了型芯断口的微观形貌,并探究了PVA纤维增强水溶性型芯性能的作用机制。In order to study the effect of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber content on the properties of watersoluble cores,the watersoluble cores with different amounts of PVA fiber were prepared by the hot injection method,using mica powder and NaHCO_(3) as filler,polyethylene glycol as binder and polyvinyl alcohol fiber as reinforcement material.The results showed that(a)with the increase in PVA fiber content,the flexural strength and water dissolution rate of the water-soluble cores increased at first and then decreased;(b)when the mass fraction of PVA fiber was 1.0%,the flexural strength reached a maximum value of 17.01 MPa;(c)when the mass fraction of PVA fiber was 0.5%,the maximum water soluble rate was 1.52×10^(-3) g/s.Moreover,the anti-hygroscopic ability of the core was enhanced with the increase in fiber content.In addition,the microstructures of core fracture were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,and the mechanism of the watersoluble cores reinforced by PVA fiber was explored.
