摘 要:为了减少鱼雷罐车在转运过程中铁水的温降,采用低热导率的涂料代替传统的黏土砖作为保温内衬。具体做法为:首先在鱼雷罐车壳内侧喷1~2 mm厚的刚玉粉纳米涂料,然后再喷一定厚度的Al2 O3微型球珠和铝硅微粉涂料。采用重烧试验炉模拟现场条件下鱼雷罐车内衬结构改进前、后的传热状况,结果表明:喷涂料的内衬的保温性能优于黏土砖内衬,已得到推广应用。In order to reduce the temperature drop of molten iron in torpedo car in the process of transferring,the coatings of low thermal conductivity instead of traditional clay brick were used as its inner lining.The specific practice comprised the following:to spray nano corundum powder coating on inner side of the torpedo car shell to 1.2mmthick at first,and then to spray a coating consisting of Al2 O3 micro beads and micro aluminumsilicon powder on it to a certain thickness.The simulation of heat transfer behavior before and after improvement in the torpedo car inner lining structure,which was done by using a reburning test furnace under field condition,showed that the inner lining sprayed with the coatings was superior to the clay brick lining in insulation performance,and has been popularized and applied.
