摘 要:为探究酸活化剂与生物质碳材料预混阶段的形貌、化学官能团和润湿性能变化对染料吸附性能的影响,本研究以青海省丰富的燕麦秸秆为碳源,将其分别与浓盐酸、浓磷酸和浓硫酸预混处理后得到不同酸改性燕麦秸秆,用于吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)染料。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、接触角测试和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)以及紫外可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)分别对制得的燕麦秸秆进行结构表征和吸附性能测试。结果表明:(1)不同酸处理燕麦秸秆表面的粗糙结构和裸露的含氧官能团使其具有丰富的键合位点及优异的吸附性能。(2)原燕麦秸秆的水接触角为65.63°,浓盐酸、浓磷酸和浓硫酸改性燕麦秸秆的水接触角分别增大至70.28°、86.96°和83.84°。研究结果可为不同酸改性燕麦秸秆对染料废水的吸附性能研究提供理论借鉴。Oat straw which is abundant in Qinghai province is taken as the carbon source in this study to explore the effects of the changes of morphology,chemical functional groups and wettability of acid activator and biomass carbon materials on the dye adsorption properties in the premixing stage.Oat straw is pretreated with concentrated hydrochloric acid,concentrated phosphoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid respectively to obtain different acid modified oat straw which is applied to adsorb methylene blue( MB) dye.The structures and adsorption properties of oat straw are characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy( FE-SEM),contact angle measurement,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry( UV-Vis).The results show that:( 1) The rough structure and exposed oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of oat straw treated with different acids make it have rich bonding sites and excellent adsorption properties.( 2) The water contact angle of original oat straw is 65.63°,while that of the oat straw modified by concentrated hydrochloric acid,concentrated phosphoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid increases to 70.28°,86.96° and 83.84° respectively.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the study of the adsorption properties of oat straw treated with different acids on dye wastewater.
