摘 要:为了优化粉煤灰制备地质聚合物的工艺条件,文中以Ⅱ级低钙粉煤灰为原料制备地质聚合物,通过球磨工艺分析不同球磨条件对粉煤灰活性及地质聚合物抗压强度的影响。结果表明:当球磨时间相同时,球磨频率越高,粉煤灰粒度越细。球磨频率为410 Hz,球磨时间为60 min时,球磨得到粒度为19.601μm,比表面积为0.680 m^(2)/g的粉煤灰颗粒;当球磨频率固定时,在不同球磨时间下,高频率球磨且球磨时间增加到一定值时,球磨后颗粒粒径不再变细;球磨频率为370 Hz,球磨时间为80 min时,粉煤灰粒度达到21.480μm,比表面积为0.657 m^(2)/g;当球磨灰量少于罐球容积的三分之一,磨球高于三分之一时,球磨效果最佳。以本研究获得的粉煤灰为原料制备地质聚合物,7 d固化抗压强度可达31.66 MPa。本研究结果可为有效提高粉煤灰的综合利用率提供理论依据及技术参考。Geopolymer is prepared from low-calcium fly ash of grade II in order to optimize the process conditions of preparing geopolymer from fly ash.The effects of different ball milling conditions on the activity of fly ash and compressive strength of geopolymer are analyzed by ball milling process.The results show that the higher the ball milling frequency is,the finer the particle size of fly ash is with the same ball milling time.Fly ash particles of 19.601μm with a specific surface area of0.680 m^(2)/g are obtained by ball milling when the frequency is 410 Hz and the time is 60 min;the particle size will not become smaller after ball milling with high-frequency when ball milling time increases to a certain value with fixed frequency.The particle size reaches 21.480μm with a specific surface area of 0.657 m^(2)/g when the frequency is 370 Hz and the time is 80 min;the effect of ball milling is the best when the amount of ball milling ash is less than one-third of tank ball and grinding ball is more than one-third.The geopolymer prepared from fly ash obtained in this study has a compressive strength of 31.66 MPa after 7 days of curing.The results of this study can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for effectively improving the comprehensive utilization rate of fly ash.
