摘　　要：梦魇虚实两端皆可发病。梦魇实证主要责之于心、肝、脾、胃,肝郁日久、从热化火,或心火炽热,或痰饮食积内壅、痰火胶结等可致人清窍被扰、神魂不宁;虚证主要责之于心、肝、胆、脾、肾,多因小儿脏腑不足导致。厉兑、隐白二穴分属足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经,五行属土,具有调和阴阳之效。针刺干预厉兑、隐白二穴治疗梦魇,不仅可泻热敛神定志、开窍启闭,还可疏肝理气、实脾胃、平阴阳,具有即时起效、长期维持的优势。Nightmare can occur with deficiency or excessiveness syndrome.Nightmare with excessiveness syndrome is mainly related to the Heart,Liver,Spleen,and Stomach.If the Liver Qi is stagnant for a long time,it would lead to Fire along with Heat or the Heart fire,or the accumulation of Phlegm and diet stagnation,and the cementation of Phlegm and Fire,all of which can cause disturbed orifices and spirits.Deficiency syndrome is mainly related to the Heart,Liver,Gallbladder,Spleen,and Kidney,which is more common in children due to insufficiency of viscera.Li Dui and Yinbai acupoints belong to the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming and the Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin.Acupuncture intervention on Lidui and Yinbai acupoints in the treatment of nightmares can not only relieve Heat and calm the mind,open and close the orifices,but also soothe the Liver and regulate Qi,strengthen the Spleen and Stomach,and calm the Yin and Yang.It has the advantages of immediate effect and long-term maintenance.
