高血压炎症反应与血压达标及动脉硬化相关性

摘　　要：高血压发病由血管炎症引发,与C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、细胞间黏附分子-1等相关炎症因子升高介导的内皮细胞激活密切相关,与动脉硬化相互影响,踝臂指数、臂踝脉搏波传导速度是其客观预测指标。临床治疗高血压常采用益气化瘀平肝滋肾方、黄芪降压汤、天麻钩藤膏、补阳还五汤等中药汤剂,心舒宝胶囊、复方七芍降压片、复方钩藤降压片、六君丹参颗粒等中成药,针刺太冲穴、足三里穴、平衡针刺等针刺疗法。The pathogenesis of hypertension is closely related to the activation of endothelial cells mediated by the elevation of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,intercellular adhesion molecule-1,and other related inflammatory factors,and is closely associated with arteriosclerosis.Ankle-brachial index and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity are objective predictors of hypertension.Clinically,traditional Chinese medicine decoctions such as Yiqi Huayu Pinggan Zishen prescription,Huangqi Jiangya Decoction,Tianma Gouteng Paste,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,etc.are used.Xinshubao Capsules,Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets,Compound Uncaria Jiangya Tablets,Liujun Danshen Granules,and other Chinese patent medicines are also used clinically.And acupuncture at Taichong point,Zusanli point,balance acupuncture,and other methods have unique therapeutic effects.
