国医大师周仲瑛复法组方辨治脑瘤经验

摘　　要：国医大师周仲瑛教授擅长辨治肿瘤等疑难病证,提倡中医病机辨证论治的新体系,强调要立足于病机辨证、复法组方辨治脑瘤。首先要详辨病理因素,明确复合、兼夹关系;根据脑瘤常见癌毒、风、火、痰、瘀等病理因素的复合兼夹而组方。其次辨析脏腑病位,随其所在脏腑病位的气血阴阳亏虚特性而遣方选药;多脏同治,补益肝肾为要。第三审察病性虚实,定扶正祛邪主次先后。根据病机的演变转化,把握邪正虚实的轻重缓急,以确定祛邪攻毒与扶正抑毒的主次先后。具体应用时将祛风搜毒、化痰散结、祛瘀软坚、清热解毒、补益肝肾、益气养阴等常用治法灵活组合,多法齐举,以达到多靶点、多环节、多途径增效的目的。Professor Zhou Zhongying,Traditional Chinese Medicine Master,is good at identifying and treating difficult disease of tumors,and advocates a new system of dialectical treatment with Chinese medicine disease mechanism.Brain tumor is one of the common tumors,and the compound disease mechanism is its basic pathogenesis characteristics,so Master Zhou stressed the need to identify and treat brain tumors based on the identification of the disease mechanism and the compound prescriptions.The first is to identify the pathological factors in details,clarify the complecated relationship between them,and form formulas according to the relationships between common pathological factors such as cancer toxin,Wind,Fire,Phlegm,and blood stasis of brain tumors.The second is to identify the disease position of the internal organs and select the medicine according to the characteristics of the Qi,blood,Yin,Yang,and deficiency of the diseased position of the organs,with more organs being treated together,in which tonifying the Liver and Kidneys are the focus.The third one is to examine the deficiency or excessiveness nature of the diseases and then to determines the priority of supporting the Zheng Qi or dispelling the Evil factors.According to the evolution and transformation of the disease as well as the emergency degree,the priority of the two is made.In clinical parctice,the commonly used treatment methods such as dispelling Wind and searching for toxin,dissolving Phlegm and dispersing Knots,dispelling stasis and soften lump,clearing heat and detoxifying,tonifying the Liver and Kidney,tonifying Qi and nourishing yin,can be flexibly combined,and multiple methods should be used together to achieve the purpose of multi-target,multi-link,multi-channel efficiency.
