摘  要:张大伟教授治疗子宫内膜异位症所致不孕,遵循攻邪适度,顾护正气的原则,分消癥与助孕2个阶段辨治。消癥阶段以消为主,消中有补,治以活血消瘀、祛湿化痰、清热解毒,兼调肾肝脾,于行经期给予经期用方和非经期消癥排异汤分期论治;助孕阶段以补为主,补中有消,治以补肾疏肝理脾大法,佐以祛瘀止痛,于行经期仍予经期用方和经后经间期促排助孕方分期论治。配合合理适度的煎服调护方法,使治疗更具有目的性。In treating endometriosis-associated infertility,Professor Zhang Dawei follows the principle of moderately in attacking Evil factors and paying great attention to caring Zheng Qi.There are two stages of differentiation and treatment,namely,eliminating mass and assisting pregnancy.In the stage of eliminating mass,priority is given to the eliminating with supplement properly.Specifically,eliminating blood stasis,removing Dampness and Phlegm,clearing Heat to achieve detoxication,and regulating the Kidney,Liver and Spleen.Menstrual-Formula is used in menstrual period and Xiaozheng-Exclusion Decoction is used in non-menstrual period.In the stage of assisting pregnancy,priority is given to the supplement with elimination properly.The treatment method is to tonify the Kidney,soothe the Liver and regulate the Spleen,with dispelling stasis and relieving pain.Menstrual-Formula is still used in menstrual period and Promoting Excretion and Pregnancy Formula is used in late menstruation and intermenstrual period.With reasonable and appropriate the administration of herb and nursing methods,the treatment is more purposeful.
