宋立群运用补益固涩法治疗膜性肾病经验

摘　　要：针对膜性肾病患者正气虚损的核心病机,宋立群教授提出“固护正气、补益脾肾、收涩固精为重”的学术理念。在临床治疗中,运用补益固涩法,以补益与收涩共用成方,并在此基础上加减解毒祛邪、祛风除湿、活血通络之品,往往能取得满意的疗效。宋立群教授治疗膜性肾病的临床治则可概括为:补益固涩同用,标本兼治;以肝脾肾为先,五脏同调;重用平补之法,补而不滞。Aiming at the core pathogenesis of deficiency of healthy qi in patients with membranous nephropathy,Professor Song Liqun put forward the academic concept of"strengthening and protecting healthy qi,tonifying spleen and kidney,and focusing on astringency and essence consolidation".In clinical treatment,the method of tonifying deficiency and arresting discharge is used to form a prescription with tonifying and astringency,and on this basis,the medicine of detoxifying and expelling pathogen,dispelling wind and dehumidification,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals can often achieve satisfactory curative effect.Professor Song Liqun′s clinical treatment of membranous nephropathy can be summarized as follows:using the method of both tonifying deficiency and arresting discharge,treating both manifestation and root cause;the five zang organs are regulated together with the liver,spleen and kidney coming the first;value the method of slight tonifying to tonify without stagnation.
