摘　　要：目的:观察柴葛饮治疗风寒束肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取符合风寒束肺型咳嗽患者80例,依据随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组给予柴葛饮口服,对照组给予三拗片口服,两组均治疗14 d。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效,咳嗽视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,中医证候积分,C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组为82.5%,治疗组明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.175,P=0.031)。治疗前两组患者咳嗽VAS、中医证候评分,CRP、PCT、IL-1、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第7天及第14天,两组咳嗽VAS、中医证候评分、CRP、PCT、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组咳嗽VAS、中医证候评分,CRP、PCT、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于同期对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组患者治疗全程均未出现不良反应。结论:柴葛饮治疗风寒束肺型咳嗽临床疗效显著,可降低患者中医证候积分,其机制可能与降低血清CRP、PCT、IL-1及IL-6水平相关。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaige Decoction in the treatment of cough with Wind-Cold injured Lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cough conforming to the Wind-Cold Evil tightening the Lung type were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The treatment group was given Chaige Decoction orally,and the control group was given Sanao Tablet orally.Both groups were treated for 14 days.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)for cough,TCM syndrome score,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group and 82.5%in the control group.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^(2)=5.175,P=0.031).Before treatment,the levels of cough VAS,TCM syndrome score,CRP,PCT,IL-1,and IL-6 in the two groups were basically the same,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);7d and 14d after treatment,the cough VAS,TCM syndrome score,CRP,PCT,IL-1 and IL-6 in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).The cough VAS,TCM syndrome score,CRP,PCT,IL-1,and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the whole course of treatment.Conclusion:Chaige Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Wind-Cold cough injured Lung syndrome and it can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients,the mechanism of which may be related to the reduction of serum CRP,PCT,IL-1,and IL-6 levels.
