摘　　要：进入新时代以来,我国出版制度建设取得了重要成果,主要表现为:强化了“党管出版”的领导制度,完善了出版制度体系,建立了“分级审批”制度和“事中事后监管”机制,提升了出版制度效能。新时代我国出版制度建设的主要经验有:以习近平关于出版等工作的重要论述为根本遵循,坚持马克思主义出版观,坚持“以人民为中心”,坚持改革创新。新时代我国出版制度优化,必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为根本遵循,必须坚持系统观念,必须以建成文化强国为目标。Since entering the new era,The construction of Chinese publishing system has made important achievements,which are mainly shown as follows:It strengthened the leadership system of“Party management and publication”,improved the publishing system,established a“Hierarchical examination and approval”system and a“During and after the incident supervision”mechanism,and improved the efficiency of the publishing system.The main experience of the construction of China’s publishing system in the new era is as follows:Follow Xi Jinping’s important discussion on publishing,adhere to the Marxist view of publishing,adhere to“people-centered”,and adhere to reform and innovation.The optimization of China’s publishing system in the new era must be based on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and must adhere to the systematic concept and the objective of building China as a culturally strong country.
