摘 要:针对现阶段半直驱永磁风力发电机短路转矩难以抑制的问题,分析了发电机短路转矩的产生机理,并提出抑制短路转矩的关键方法。通过调整转子磁极盒拓扑结构、交直轴磁路结构与漏磁路结构,在满足电机力能指标,且有效材料用量无变化的条件下实现削弱短路转矩的目标。Aiming at the problem that the short-circuit torque of semi-direct-drive permanent-magnet wind generator is difficult to be restrained at the present,this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of the torque and puts forward the key methods to suppress it.Through adjusting the topology structure of rotor pole box,the magnetic circuit structure of quadrature and direct axis as well as the structure of leakage magnetic circuit,the goal of reducing short-circuit torque is realized under the conditions of meeting the motor force index and keeping no change in the quantity of effective materials.
