摘  要:工作辊和中间辊弯辊力匹配一直是六辊UCM(Universal Crown Mill)冷轧机弯辊力预设定计算的难题。文章通过建立冷轧过程板形计算模型并将其嵌入遗传算法,对六辊UCM冷轧机的工作辊和中间辊弯辊力进行智能预设定计算,进而确定板形最优时的弯辊力设定值;同时分析弯辊力变化与板形演化的关系,为六辊UCM冷轧机板形控制系统的优化提供理论指导与技术支持。Bending force matching between the work roll and intermediate roll is always the difficulty in the presetting calculation of UCM(Universal Crown Mill)cold rolling mill.In this paper,a cold rolling flatness calculation model is established and embedded into genetic algorithm to calculate the roll bending force presetting,so as to determine the optimal value.At the same time,the relationship between bending force change and flatness evolution is analyzed,which has provided theoretical guidance and technical support for the optimization of flatness control system of UCM cold rolling mill.
