摘 要:为研究极松散特厚煤层沿空巷道变形控制技术,以淮北矿业股份有限公司芦岭煤矿8煤层沿空巷道为背景,理论分析“平顶棚+锚梁+超前注+网布”支护方案的合理性,再通过ABAQUS仿真计算,模拟分析该支护方案对围岩蠕变变形的控制效果。经与现场实际监测数据对比,数值模拟结果和现场监测结果基本吻合。巷道在支护后大约第40d进入稳定阶段;经过180d,顶板蠕变下沉量仅为0.0101m,左帮蠕变变形量为0.0795m,底臌蠕变变形量为0.3396m,右帮蠕变变形量为0.1244m。达到预期的支护效果,满足矿井安全运营的要求,充分论证了“平顶棚+锚梁+超前注+网布”支护方案的科学性与合理性。In order to study the deformation control technology of the roadway along the goaf in extremely loose and thick coal seams,the rationality of the"flat roof+anchor beam+advanced injection+mesh cloth"support scheme was theoretically analyzed in the background of the roadway along the goaf in the 8th coal seam of Luling Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Co.,Ltd.,and then through the ABAQUS simulation calculation,the control effect of the support scheme on the creep deformation of the surrounding rock was simulated and analyzed.Compared with the actual monitoring data on site,the numerical simulation results were basically consistent with the on-site monitoring results.The roadway entered into the stable stage in about 40 days after the support and 180 days later,the creep subsidence of the roof was only 0.0101m,with the left side creep deformation of 0.0795m,the bottom heave creep deformation of 0.3396m and the right side creep deformation of 0.1244m reaching the expected support effect and meeting the requirements of safe operation of the mine,which fully demonstrates the scientificity and rationality of the support scheme.
