摘 要:为了提高环形剪切开孔软钢阻尼器耗能能力,对阻尼器的相关参数进行了优化设计。其中,阻尼器的钢板厚度和开孔率为设计变量,耗能性能为优化目标,同时阻尼器总用料为约束条件。首先基于Kriging代理模型,通过拉丁超立方抽样设计和有限元分析,建立阻尼器耗能性能与其参数之间的函数关系;然后应用遗传算法,对阻尼器的几何参数进行全局寻优,从而得到阻尼器最优参数组合。结果显示:所建立Kriging模型的预测响应值与数值分析得到的响应值之间的相关性r^(2)≥0.95,可见该模型具有较高的精度;经参数优化后的阻尼器,其耗能性能提高了6.2%,同时总用料降低了5.4%。利用此优化设计方法,不仅提高了该阻尼器的性能,同时降低了阻尼器的制作成本,实现了安全性与经济性的双重优化。In order to improve the energy consumption capacity of Annular Shear Perforated Mild Steel Damper,the relevant parameters of the damper were optimized,in which the steel plate thickness and opening rate of the damper were design variables,the energy consumption performance was the optimization goal,and the total material used for the damper was the constraint condition.First,the functional relationship between the energy consumption performance of the damper and its parameters was established based on the Kriging Surrogate model by Latin hypercube sampling design and finite element analysis.Then,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the geometric parameters of the damper globally,so as to obtain the optimal parameter combination of the damper.The results show that the correlation between the predicted response value of the established Kriging model and the response value obtained by numerical analysis is r^(2)≥0.95,which shows that the model has high accuracy.After parameter optimization,the energy consumption performance of the damper has been increased by 6.2%,while the total material consumption has been reduced by 5.4%.The optimized design method are not only able to improve the performance of the damper,but also to reduce the manufacturing costs of the damper,realizing the dual optimization of safety and economy.
