摘　　要：一百年来,中国共产党不断选树、宣传各种类型的榜样人物或群体以引领方向、政治动员、凝聚人心、提升道德。一百年来的榜样文化建设也积累了丰富的经验,那就是要始终走坚持群众路线;要始终体现顽强拼搏不懈奋斗的精神内核;要通过制度化建设理性发展;同时要不断传播机制以强化传播效果。In the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has continuously selected and publicized various types of role models or groups to guide the direction,mobilize people politically,unite people and enhance morality.We have also accumulated rich experience in building exemplary culture in the past 100 years.That is to say:we must always adhere to the mass line;to reflect the indomitable struggle and unremitting struggle of the spiritual core;model building should be rationalized and institutionalizedconstantly;themechanism should be continuously disseminated to strengthen the effect of communication.
