摘 要:为实现智能考勤、数据的高效管理以及疫情下对人员健康进行监测等功能,应用TRIZ创新设计理论分析后将问题转化为通用参数且找到所需的发明原理,设计出一种基于Arduino和OneNET云平台兼具体温监测功能的智能考勤系统。根据方案制作出样机,并对其实际运行效果进行验证,利用工业工程中的模特法对装置的实际运行流程进行分析并与普通的考勤装置进行对比,结果表明本系统实现了多功能和高效化管理数据的目标,有利于在疫情等特殊情境下进行智能考勤管理。In order to realize the functions of intelligent attendance,efficient data management and personnel health monitoring under the epidemic situation,an intelligent attendance system with body temperature monitoring function based on Arduino and OneNET cloud platform is designed by applying TRIZ theory to analyze,convert the problem into general parameters and find the required invention principle.A prototype is made according to the scheme,and the actual operation effect of the device is verified.The MODAPTS method in industrial engineering is used to analyze the actual operation process of the device and the device is compared with the common attendance device.The result shows that the device realizes the requirement of multi-function and high-efficiency data management,and it is beneficial to intelligent attendance management in special situation such as epidemic situation.
