摘　　要：本文通过介绍烟丝牌号站的基本结构及功能等,分析了调整烟丝牌号时烟丝牌号站监控系统的重要性及信号判断的复杂性,提出了一种基于双模态控制信号检测的烟丝牌号站监控系统。该系统可准确判断管道连接状态,进行信息监控及故障诊断,可缩短判断及处理时间。实践结果证明,该系统准确、有效,具有很好的实用价值。This paper introduces the basic structure and functions of tobacco blend selector,analyses the importance of monitoring system when change tobacco brands in the tobacco blend selector,and the complexity of signal judgment.It puts forward a solution which is based on dual-modal control signal detection for monitoring system of tobacco blend selector.The solution can accurately judge the pipeline connection status,monitor information,diagnose faults and shorten the judgment and treatment time.The practical results show that the solution is accurate,effective and practical.
